These questions and answers are intended to help you get a better feel for Bucket and what we offer.

1) How does payment work?
After you choose Bucket to create your website, we will send you an email with payment instructions. 50% of the payment is due at the beginning of the project, and after the website has been launched, the remaining fees will be required.

2) What sort of input do I get in the design of my website?
You will need to provide us with your business logo, written text for pages, style preferences (optional), and special web feature selections.

3) How long does it take for my website to get finished?
Bucket-made websites usually take between 7-14 business days to design, build, and launch.

4) What’s so “honest” about Bucket?
This is what we mean when we say we’re honest.

5) Where are you guys based? Do you outsource your work?
We are based in New York City. All of our work is done in-house, and that is why we are sure you’ll notice the difference in our quality of work and service.

6) What if I am dissatisfied with your work? Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to edit your website.

7) I’ve heard a lot about Search Engine Optimization. Do you guys do it?
We code our websites to perform effectively on Google so that current and potential customers find their way to your website.

8) Will I be able to sell my products/services online?
